Party Rooms

Each tower has a large and elegantly appointed party room which includes a full-service kitchen and bar and overlooks the recreational plaza. The party rooms are available to all residents and may be reserved for private functions.

• Maximum Capacity 155 people.
• Rooms are available for business conference or a personal event.
• Fully separate catering kitchen located adjacent to party room for caterers includes oven, refrigerator, work space, and microwave.
• Mah-Jongg, Poker Games, or Canasta are enhanced with perfect game tables and television to watch your favorite games. Invite your friends to join you for a game and not have to use your condo for entertaining.
• Each building has its own complete party room facilities, use in either building is allowed.
• Perfect place to host your birthday party, cocktail party, memorial services, wedding, super bowl party or any social event you would desire.
• Complimentary Tables and Chairs provided for Private Residential Events, with rental programs available for linens.
• Parking Available for all private events.
• Upon entering the entertaining area, a cocktail or buffet service area greets your guest. Ice maker, small refrigerator and a sink are attractively hidden under the serving counter.
• Restrooms are located adjacent to each party room.
