I was born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. I graduated High School, attended College and served 4 years in the military.
In 1996 I moved to the United States of America. My first job in the U.S. was as a welder in the Oil and Gas industry with Houston Protectors Incorporated (HPI). I achieved a Welder Certification in 1998 and then became Lead Shop Mechanic for all equipment and machinery inventory for HPI. I worked for HPI for five years.
In 2001 I was hired at Four-Leaf Towers as an Engineering Mechanic. While working as an Engineering Mechanic, I achieved my HVAC Technician Certification. In 2004, I was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer and remained in that position until 2015, when I was then promoted to Chief Engineer.
I have been married to my wife Jasminka for 32 years. We have two daughters, Selma (30) and Elma (24). Jasminka and I are proud grandparents to Selma’s son Keenan (3). We reside in Cypress. My hobbies are hunting and fishing.
