Dallas's journey in the hospitality industry began with his family's automotive shop in Rowlett, Texas. Taking on the responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction while still in high school, he played a key role in expanding the business into one of the most successful dent repair shops in the Dallas area.

After earning his degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Wesleyan University, Dallas transitioned to Houston, Texas, in 2005. There, he found his passion for serving others at a state-of-the-art fertility center, where he served as an office manager for 11 years. During this time, he focused on enhancing the overall experience for both his team and the patients, demonstrating his commitment to elevating service standards in the healthcare industry.

In 2016, Dallas took on a part - time job at a luxury fitness country club. His leadership and pure passion to serve others promoted him to the Member Service Manager. Within 4 months of training, Dallas was involved in the grand open Life Time Greenway. Here he was able to develop an innovative, dynamic, and highly organized professional team specializing in exceptional service and the execution of strategies that created unparalleled experiences for employees and members. Dallas was recognized three times by Life Time executive leaders as Manager of the quarter.

Dallas's commitment to prioritizing service to others and fostering an authentic approach to team development is commendable. Dallas has a passion for cultivating a supportive culture that facilitates the growth of others. He values community involvement and finds fulfillment in making a positive impact outside of his work life. Dallas enjoys a balanced life in League City, Texas, with his wife Evie and their two dogs. His hobbies include traveling, photography, and cherishing quality time with his loved ones, reflecting his appreciation for both adventure and family bonds.
